It was a no brainer to add additional outdoor living space to this particular property, replacing a previous small window with bi-fold doors opening out onto a decked balcony area. A large living area was made into a more usable space by dividing the room in two, and creating a sophisticated snug in one half and master bedroom with walk through wardrobe and en-suite within the other.
New flooring and new decoration through-out turned a much darker space into a light, more practical home complete with panoramic views of the ocean.
