‘This was a prestigious building project in a unique and spectacular location that came with some logistical challenges.’
Tim Perring, DIRECTOR
Set in probably one of most outstanding locations across the county, this project was a one of a kind development. The location was well known in the area especially because the beautiful gardens were formerly open to the public.
Logistically this was an incredibly difficult build due to the topography of the site and the site being used to near its capacity with little storage and limited access. We were building on many different levels which made it technically even more challenging for our team.
The build made use of a variety of different materials but was centred around a traditional building system. Each finish was to a high specification and executed expertly by our skilled team. We worked closely with the other contractors involved in the build including the Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Interior Designer and Landscape Designer to ensure the smooth running of the project.
The team comprised of top quality local tradespeople, and all of the internal joinery was made bespoke locally.
