Another exciting modern new build project for Perring Properties, this time using a variety of external materials, a great deal of them sourced through businesses locally in Cornwall. The clients commissioned a number of bespoke features in the home which were completed by our in-house carpentry team including kitchen, utility, bunkbeds, wardrobes and chest of draws, boot room storage, tv and bookcase unit.
The upstairs features 360 degree uninterrupted views across the ocean and countryside; this property has the best of both worlds. The external finishes features zinc cladding as well as rustic faced stone and cedar cladding which combined creates a striking, yet harmonious result. Inside the clients opted for a bespoke slide alongside the staircase for the kids (and big kids), as well as a custom made staircase. The bedrooms and other living rooms make the most of the views with full height glass sliding doors giving it that seamless indoor-outdoor feel. The modern finishes within the home such as the shadow gap skirting, polished concrete flooring and ingenious lighting design culminate into a beautifully contemporary home exuding style and top quality craftsmanship.
