A fully integrated team works together with you on the project from the very beginning; this ensures clearly defined creative collaboration and cost-effective use of everybody’s skills and time.
All aspects of specification, budget, work-flow and time-scales will be agreed at this point.

build 

A team of accredited building specialists and a full-time Perring Properties foreman are assigned before works commence on your project. Clients are regularly consulted, up-dated and informed on all aspects of construction in terms of building and budget as the project progresses through to the final topping out.
