Uber Modern Coastal
New-build

Set in probably one of most outstanding locations across the county, this project was a one of a kind development. The location was well known in the area especially because the beautiful gardens were formerly open to the public.

This project was completed using highly skilled local tradespeople, featuring high-end bespoke internal joinery and expertly finished stonework to the interior and exterior.

Countryside New Build

The property was built on the site of a former deteriorating cottage. Working closely with architects Arco2 our team brought to life their vision to combine traditional Cornish architecture with contemporary design.

Working together with the client, we designed and developed some bespoke features including their open-plan kitchen, utility, built in wardrobes, entrance seating area as well as their external landscaping.

Contemporary Renovation by the Water

Situated on the south coast of Cornwall, this substantial 1930’s house with extensive gardens and direct beach access was in need of internal refurbishment.

Working closely with the architects Atelier 3 and interior designers Cornish Interiors, we carried out internal works including the reorganisation of the layout to suit the clients requirements.

Ultra Modern Cliff-top New Build

Another exciting modern new build project for Perring Properties, this time using a variety of external materials, a great deal of them sourced through businesses locally in Cornwall.

The clients commissioned a number of bespoke features in the home which were completed by our in-house carpentry team including kitchen, utility, bunkbeds, wardrobes and chest of draws, boot room storage, tv and bookcase unit.
